However, the star, who also had a role on Melrose Place, looks like he went and got a nose job (rhinoplasty), making his nose smaller all around.

London-based plastic surgeon Dr. Alex Karidis confirms his belief that Beckham had botox. “He used to have a large line across his forehead which seems to have vanished. He has all the hallmarks of a botox forehead. He also appears to have had a lift on his eyebrows, that can often happen when botox is injected into that area.”

“And there were quite deep crow’s feet around the eyes a couple of years ago. These seem to have almost disappeared. Changes like this in other celebrities are usually thanks to botox.

Additionally, it seems that some of David Beckham’s naso-labial lines (laugh lines that extend from the nose to the mouth) may have also been treated to some injection fillers such as Restylane. Dr. Karidis adds, “It could be that he’s also used fillers on his nose-to-mouth lines. These used to be quite prominent in pictures. Usually these things get worse not better with age. But Beckham seems to have lost them and looks much younger now.”

Courteney Cox and her husband David Arquette share a lot of things as husband and wife. But the one thing they don’t agree on? Plastic surgery.

“Well, that would be a battle between the two of us,” Courteney explained to “Extra” in an exclusive interview.

David clarified, “I don’t like any of that stuff. I like how smiles make wrinkles.”

Courteney responded, “I think it’s easy when you’re a boy to say that.”

The happy couple got candid with “Extra” at a star-studded charity fundraiser at the Santa Monica Pier.

The 43-year-old beauty – who is also the face of Kinerase – revealed how the skincare company has kept her virtually wrinkle-free.

“It's the repair serum and you are just supposed to put it in little places, but because I represent the product, I use it all over,” she explained.

Courteney joked, “I’m literally 78…sorry, David, I didn’t tell you!”

The beautiful actress gets back to work this week on season two of her hit show “Dirt,” but don’t expect another kissing cameo from best friend Jennifer Aniston.

“She’s really busy and she’s doing four movies in a row,” she said. “So she’s going to be out of town.”

New York plastic surgeon Dr. Adam Schaffner told: "It appears there has been additional fullness to the mid-face. It could have been with any sort of filler material like juvederm. Her nose looks different."

Dr. Stephen T. Greenberg revealed: "It looks like she (had) injections of fillers… in the face, causing that puffy appearance around her nasolabial folds, lines running from the side of the nose to the corners of the mouth. She also looks as though she had a face-lift, lip injections and Botox on her forehead and around her eyes."

The Daily Mail also commented on her recent appearance at a  Prix Montblanc award ceremony in Germany: "Is her face looking suspiciously tight?"

The article added that she "was looking suspiciously younger as she stepped out on the red carpet" and claimed that "the actress's lips looked plumper and the skin around her eyes tighter as she attended the Prix Montblanc Gala in Berlin."

On the other hand, Hannah denied having any work done...To be more exact, in a new interview with The Daily Mail, she even called women who have facelifts "muppets."

"There are so many people in LA who have had cosmetic surgery and they all look like Muppets. There was a picture taken a while ago of me emerging from the ocean, with my hair slicked back and no make-up on. I looked as though I had puffy, squinty eyes and the rumour went round I'd had work done; I lost jobs because of it and I thought about suing, but in the States you have to prove malicious intent", Hannah was quoted as saying.

"I've got a little jowly, and sometimes I look in the mirror and think: "Oh my God", but I am too much of a coward to go under a surgeon's knife for something that wasn't life-saving. I've had knee and elbow operations, and I've broken my back three times, riding and performing movie stunts, and that gives you an appreciation of your body. When I was three years old I had an accident that still influences my attitude. (Daryl holds up her left hand to reveal one finger is missing two joints.) I lost the top of my finger playing on my grandma's mobility stair lift. He was showing the results off on British television this week after he appeared as a guest on Celebrity Big Brother.

Darryn Lyons underwent a plastic surgery procedure called abdominal etching (a type of body contouring), where liposuction is used to remove the fat in a pattern that is supposed to resemble ripped abs. While this procedure can help a very fit person look extra-lean, it makes a fat man, look ridiculous. Darryn’s etched abs have been compared to abs stenciled onto a barrel…and I think that’s a pretty accurate description!

Even more bizarre than Darryn Lyons's fake abs are his beliefs that they look awesome. Darryn is so pleased with the results of his abdominal etching, that he has invested in the company and is now co-director and the main investor in Body Contour.

“I had contouring done to my body,” paparazzo Lyons told My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding’s Paddy Doherty this week, taking off his shirt to reveal a set of washboard abs surrounded by, er, several pounds of flab. “Basically it’s the male version of a boob job,” said Lyons. “It’s the bees’ knees,” commented an impressed Doherty.

How might one replicate these bees’ knees? “That’ll cost you between £4,000 and £9,000,” says Marco Moraci, a cosmetic surgeon at the Harley medical group, who reckons Lyons underwent a procedure known as vaser liposuction.

The real question here, of course, is what it means for men and body image? The talk of the town has always been how women are made to feel insecure and inadequate when looking at film, television, ads and magazines. But those ridiculous 8-pack abs on male model front covers aren’t real either. They’re airbrushed to the horizon. Sometimes created from scratch.

So Darryn Lyons's procedure here is kind of like the real-life equivalent of photoshopping the merchandise. But the results leave a little to be desired.

Others have mentioned in the past the certain type of schadenfreude felt when it becomes obvious men suffer the same types of body image crises as women, but is this really something to be chuffed about? Or is it something that should be observed with a small degree of concern for those who feel this is even necessary?

Danielle Minogue is an Australian singer, songwriter, radio and television personality, fashion designer and talent show judge. She is the sister of former Australian singer Kylie Minogue. This popular celebrity is more than one thing and maybe that is the reason she is ageing so fast.

To get rid of this, she chose cosmetic surgery as an option like other celebrities. She is supposed to have Botox injections, nose job, lip fillers, and breast augmentation. As most of the celebrities deny the fact of taking surgical help to enhance their looks, on the other hand, Dannii admitted that she has gotten her breasts implanted, and she is not happy about it.

The popular judge of Britain’s X-Factor has admitted to having several different plastic surgery procedures, although none of them have left her feeling happier about herself.

The 36-year old actress and singer turned entrepreneur has openly admitted to having a breast augmentation to achieve her large breast size. She is also suspected of having a lip augmentation as well as a nose job and has also readily admitted to having used Botox to help herself to look as young as her pop-star peers.

Her breast augmentation has made her breasts her most prominent body part. The lip augmentation, likely is to help her lips appear as young and perky as the young starlets she is surrounded by. Popular lip fillers include Restylane, which was likely used by Dannii.

Her unusually wrinkle free and frozen face is the result of overdone Botox injections.

When asked about plastic surgery, Dannii Minogue, responded, “I’ve had botox because I want to be the best I can be and look the nicest I can. There’s no right and wrong – it’s a personal choice.
“It didn’t make me happier, though. If you link cosmetic surgery into happiness or to be perfect you’re never going to be happy. It’s not about being perfect – that’s where people get it wrong.”

Her cute nose is likely the result of a rhinoplasty as it is just the right size and shape for today’s pop star. She has a narrow bridge and a rounded tip, unlike her wider nose of yesteryear.

Although Dannii Minogue still looks good, if she continues to overuse Botox and plastic surgery, in a couple more years, Make Me Heal predicts Dannii will cross the line from pretty to plastic.

Judging by the before and after photos, Dannii's nose is obviously fixed as it was wider before while now it is just the right size and shape. The only problem is that her nose is extremely pinched at the sides and her nostrils have been reduced so much that the inside of her nose is showing.

Dannii Minogue, 41, is open about her plastic surgeries and has honestly admitted that her several different plastic surgery procedures haven't made her feel happier about herself.

"There's no right and wrong - it's a personal choice… It didn't make me happier, though. If you link cosmetic surgery into happiness or to be perfect you're never going to be happy. It's not about being perfect - that's where people get it wrong," Minogue was quoted as saying.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star, who is looking much slimmer nowadays, thinks the lawsuit is pathetic. “You can’t defame someone who defames herself,” Jacqueline told Zap2It. “I have not told any lies about her. I never physically touched her or threatened her, so I am not worried.”

Danielle’s attorney, Paul Giblin told the HollywoodLife on Tuesday, “We are going to use this footage and prepare a case against these women,” despite the fact that Jacqueline’s daughter, Ashely Holmes, was the only one shown physically attacking Danielle. Giblin continued, “We are seeking assault and battery charges, defamation of character and punitive damages as well.

No one was arrested as a result of the attack, but Ashley did get fined $189 by the courts for pulling Danielle’s “hair.”

As for Jacqueline, she feels this is just another way for Danielle to get publicity. “She will do anything, and I mean anything, to stay in the press,” she says. “I think she’s pathetic and desperate. Maybe she has a fear that she won’t be asked to return next year so she’s grasping at straws to keep a connection between us. I don’t know.”

Bob Saget is in something of a feud with former "Boy Meets World" star Danielle Fishel. The fight began over an anecdote she told about the "Full House" actor once asking for drugs, which he says was just a simple joke.

Back in March, Danielle Fishel appeared on the cover of Maxim and talked about her years as a '90s television star playing Topanga on the ABC hit series. The conversation turned to a chance encounter between Fishel, her family and Saget on a private jet to Disney World.

"We were trying to take a nap, and all of a sudden  Bob Saget walks down the aisle, rips open our curtain, and shouts, 'Do you guys have any coke?!' Then he looks my dad in the eye, laughs, and closes the curtain," she said.

Apparently Saget did not find Fishel's coke story charming because he shot back at the 32-year-old actress in a response to Maxim on Wednesday.
