Chris Noth’s acting career can basically be broken down like this: if you were born in the 1940s or 1950s, you know him for his work on Law and Order; if you were born in the in the 1960s thru the 1980s, you know him for his work on Sex and the City; and if you were born in 1990s or 2000s, well you’ve maybe never heard of him because no one watches The Good Wife. However, we here at Celebrity Plastic Surgery know him as a man that clearly got eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), and may have gotten a nose job. We will start with his nose, which appears to be thinner now than it was a few years back, with a less pronounced bridge. It looks smaller overall, but we’re still not sold on him having had plastic surgery. We don’t know exactly what caused the change, but we’re not ready to commit to saying plastic surgery. Now his eyes, they’ve had some work done for sure. Simply put: they were baggy, and now they’re not; all signs point to surgery. Whatever exactly he’s had done, he looks great, so more power to him.

Did Chris Noth, 58 actor (popular for his role in Sex and the city), had plastic surgery ?
When we compare the pictures of him before and now, we can see his skin looks more younger now. Is it because of plastic surgery ?

Yes, he has done eye-lift and nose job. His nose is now more thin than before (you can easily identify this by checking pictures that I posted). This is because of nose surgery, I’m so damn sure about it.
Chris Noth got some changes in his eyes also, Didn’t he ? His eyes were kind of baggy before. Now it’s in perfect shape and not like a middle age man’s eyes. It’s more young and he looks more confident now.
Whatever he has done, it’s perfect and we can say that this is a good example of a “successful plastic surgery”.

Chris Noth under the knife?

Celebrity watchers speculate that actor Chris Noth, 56, has been under the knife.

But a comparison of his photos from this year and 1o years ago shows little change other than what occurs with aging for the actor who appeared in “Law and Order,”  “Sex and the City” and more recently in “The Good Wife.”

One blogger writes, “We here at Celebrity Plastic Surgery know him as a man that clearly got eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), and may have gotten a nose job.”

He says that Noth’s nose “appears to be thinner now than it was a few years back, with a less pronounced bridge. “  That’s not what the photos above suggest, however.

Celebrity Plastic Surgery also sees signs of eyelid surgery: “They’ve had some work done for sure. Simply put: they were baggy, and now they’re not; all signs point to surgery. Whatever exactly he’s had done, he looks great, so more power to him.”

Again, that’s not what the photos above show.

Actor Chris Noth, who co-starred with Sarah Jessica Parker on Sex and the City, may possibly have gotten a nose job to make his nose smaller. Before photos show that his nose was a little on the big side and now it is much narrower, from bridge to tip. His nostrils have a much more pinched look, whereas before they used to be round.

A few years ago the cosmetic-medicine website MakeMeHeal.com also suggested that Noth had gotten a nose job.  It said he needed to get surgery on his lower eyelids to remove the bags under his eyes.
