I’ve never even considered this before, but apparently there were some rumors about this a few years ago. Around 2010, a few sites claimed that Ellen DeGeneres had gotten some subtle tweaking here and there – reducing the bags under her eyes, a small eye lift maybe, but nothing like a full-on facelift. Anyway, The Enquirer is polishing up this old chestnut and claiming that Ellen has had a LOT of work done and she continues to get a lot of stuff done, and that she’s secretly very, very vain, and that she spends hours in the makeup chair trying to hide her plastic surgery scars.

Did Ellen DeGeneres Get a Facelift for American Idol? 

Actress, stand-up comedian, and Emmy Award-winning host of the syndicated talk show The Ellen DeGeneres Show Ellen DeGeneres has just been announced as the new fourth judge of American Idol. Make Me Heal wonders whether the funny lady has had any more plastic surgery to tackle the task of taking on a second job.

51-year old Ellen DeGeneres wed her longtime girlfriend, Portia de Rossi last summer, when same-sex marriage was still legal in California. As Ellen is older and more regularly in the spotlight, she may have also had more invasive plastic surgery procedures, including: a brow lift, laser peel, neck lift, and Botox. More recently, she may have also had a facelift and eyelift.

Her refreshments may have also helped her become a spokeswoman for CoverGirl cosmetics, celebrating the beauty of a variety of women.

If Ellen has had work, she likely had it over a period of time, allowing fans to grow accustomed to her appearance. Having work over time, rather than all at once helps a patient have a more natural and refreshed result. When too many procedures are done at once, it often results in a more “plasticized” looking face.

Of her new role as judge, Ellen has been quoted as saying, “I’m thrilled to be the new judge on American Idol. I’ve watched since the beginning, and I’ve always been a huge fan. So getting this job is a dream come true, and think of all the money I’ll save from not having to text my vote.”

DeGeneres, 55, is estimated to have had a nose job, botox injections, facelift, eye lift, lasers, chemical peels, facial fillers,veneers and neck lift.

Around 2010, some gossip websites claimed that DeGeneres had a small eye lift as the bags under her eyes seemed to have been significantly reduced.

The National Enquirer said that Ellen has had a lot of work done and she continues to get a lot of plastic surgery, because she is very vain, noting that she spends hours in the makeup chair trying to conceal her plastic surgery scars.

The tabloid, which has falsely claimed that DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi were having a baby via surrogate and later wrongly alleged they were “on the rocks,” strikes out yet again with its latest piece, is now reporting that the talk show host “has been busy consulting with experts on the best procedures to erase years” from her appearance.

“Ellen could easily spend as much as $50,000 if she were to undergo a full facial makeover,” one random doctor who’s not treating DeGeneres tells the Enquirer.

The “expert” says a quality facelift “would help remove the creases in her face, lines around her eyes and forehead, as well as tighten the jowls and the area below her chin.”

He then goes on and on about a number of procedures DeGeneres — or anyone — could conceivably get to look younger.

Ellen Barkin has been dating a director named Sam Levinson who is a whopping 31 years younger than she is. She’s been with him since around 2007, when he was just 22 years old. At the NBC UpFronts in New York City on May 14, the Ocean’s Thirteen star appeared to have refreshed her face with surgery but while many older actresses go over the top, “She looks better than she used to,” celebrity plastic surgeon, Dr. Anthony Youn, who has not treated the star, said in an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com.

“I suspect that she’s had a facelift, causing her face to look tight and a bit pulled,” Dr. Youn told RadarOnline.com. “Her face appears terribly tight nowadays, as if she’s in a wind tunnel but if it was done recently, I suspect that she will look more and more natural with time.”

Barkin opened up about the aging process and her secrets to looking great at over 50 to Oprah.com five years ago, when she revealed that she wasn’t a fan of Botox.

“I don’t like the way it makes people look. Too many people go overboard, and for an actress, that’s deadly. It keeps you from being able to have expressions,” said Ellen.

Instead, she explained her dream was to get, “Just a tighter version of my face.”

While Barkin appears to have softened her attitude about plastic surgery and attained her dream of tightness, Dr. Youn still thinks she is opting for other less restrictive injectables over Botox.

“She appears to have had filler injections to some of the wrinkles of her face, causing her to look smooth,” he explained.

Whatever she has had done, Ellen isn’t going to let age get in the way of living life to the fullest. “Old is the new sexy!” gushed the Modern Family guest star, who happily flaunted a boy toy 31 years younger her junior last year.

Second, her nose is another point she reformed. It looks like her nose has been changed with a rhinoplasty in order to make it more suitable for her face. Why is it when a celebrity’s Botox wears off that they feel the need to declare how “natural” they are? That seems to be the case for Elle Macpherson, who admits to having tried everything, but claims she’s “very natural” and hasn’t had plastic surgery. She’s kind of dancing around the issue, but I get it – her Botox has worn off and she’s not getting a follow-up dose and so that’s “natural” to her. In her circle of friends, it probably is natural. I was ready to call B.S. on this story that Elle hasn’t had plastic surgery, but then I looked up old photos of Elle and she does look almost exactly the same as she did 10 years ago! I think she had some injectables and she’s not denying it, but I buy that she’s all-natural otherwise. She’s a supermodel, after all. Here’s what she told The Sun, which offers no context for these quotes as is standard for them, but at least we know they didn’t get them off a tapped phone conversation:

He told Closer magazine: "Her breasts look noticeably fuller and rounder - she seems to have gone from a small A-cup to a full C. Her bust is also very pert for a woman of 49, sitting high on the torso. This could be down to a very subtle and successful breast enlargement and having modest implants along with a lift to achieve a full, pert bust."

However, in an interview back in 2006, Elle stated she was against having surgery.

She claimed: "It hasn't occurred to me to intervene with the course of nature to date.I have a strong aversion to putting anything artificial inside my body. I don't even take aspirin."

Elle also previously credited a healthy diet and regular exercise for maintaining her figure.

She revealed: "I eat what I want, but I don't want what most people love anyway. I don't love bread, I don't love pasta. But I don't restrict myself."

However, celebrity personal trainer Nicki Waterman says Elle's larger bust area is unlikely to solely be down to exercise.

She stated: "At 49, she'll be working very hard to keep her figure. But there is no exercise you can do to increase the volume of your bust.You can work on your pecs but there's no definition there - her boobs are not down to exercise."

Some gossip websites seem to beleive that Elle MacPherson has undergone a few plastic surgery procedures. There are rumors that she has undergone Botox, Nose Job and Lip Augmentation.

On the other hand, Elle Macpherson denies all the plastic surgery claims and believes not going under the knife is her "trick" to looking good.

She said: "I’m a 34C [bra size], absolutely natural. The face looks like the face I have, very natural. Not falling into the plastic surgery thing is my trick."

However, the mother-of-two admits to trying Botox in the past, along with other anti-ageing treatments.

Nolan recently revealed she underwent a five-and-a-half hour operation in which she received a nose job, breast implants and liposuction to her stomach, thighs and hips, Life & Style reported Wednesday.  

"I got everything I wanted. I feel incredible," the 31-year-old hairstylist and single mom from Nashville, TN told Life & Style while participating in a September 4 photo shoot for the magazine.

"I can't stop touching my new boobs!" 

The former The Bachelor: On the Wings of Love bachelorette said how she looked on television sparked her desire to get work done.

"TV magnifies all your flaws, and seeing my profile really bothered me," Nolan added.

"And I've always wanted my breasts done. Before I got pregnant with my son, Ethan -- about 10 years ago my boobs were fabulous. They haven't been the same since." 

According to Dr. Rose, the procedures Nolan underwent were fairly drastic.

"We removed three liters of fat from her hips, thighs and lower abdomen," Dr. Rose told Life & Style.

"That should bring her down at least four dress sizes. Her breasts, a small B, were enlarged to a large C-small D."

Taylor became a longtime patient and friend of "Plastic Surgeon to the Stars" Dr. Steven Hoefflin, even though he was accused by medical assistants of insulting patients, including her, while they were unconscious on the operating table. A lawsuit they filed against him was settled out of court and Hoefflin later claimed that the assistants retracted their charges and apologized.

According to reports, that incident took place in the 1990s, when Liz was married to her seventh and last husband, Larry Fortensky, who was 20 years her junior. In the lawsuit, Hoefflin's medical assistants revealed he commented about Taylor while she was under anesthesia during a treatment, stating: "What's a young guy doing with this old stuff?"

It has to be noted that another extremely popular celebrity patient of Dr Hoefflin was the late Michael Jackson.

There are numerous reports on what people believe Elizabeth Berkley has had done, in terms of plastic surgery.

From the photos, it looks like her nostrils are collapsing and her tip looks like a ball. These are tell tale signs of a bad rhinoplasty. Her middle part of her nose is also collapsing inward, called an inverted V deformity.”

“It also looks as if Eliza could have been cheek implants, or a filler. They do look good and very natural. In her before photo, she has flat cheeks, but the newer photos show what looks like more prominence and fullness in her entire cheek region.”

Plastic surgeon Dr. Jennifer Walden seems to agree with Dr. Nassif’s summation of Eliza procedures, although she likes Eliza’s nose better. Dr Walden says, “Eliza Dushku looks as if she may have undergone a nice conservative rhinoplasty as in more recent photos her nose appears narrower at the base and the bridge, or dorsum, appears to have a bit more height. She may have had malar augmentation either by cheek implants or fillers, or it may just be fluctuations in weight, which as we all know can be reflected in facial volume. Even as a child her bitemporal distance was wide (distance between the two temples in the upper part of the face). As we grow our facial skeleton grows and changes as well, which may contribute some to her changes in facial shape over decades.”

Personally I should admit that Drew Barrymore plastic surgery is wonderful and impressing whether the rumor of plastic surgery is true or not. And I hope she is never overdo it and keep wise to not excessive over to plastic surgery temptation.

While Drew Barrymore hasn't yet fully converted, she shared with Star magazine that she and husband Will Kopelman will be raising her four-month-old daughter, Olive, in the Jewish tradition.
