47-year old Nia Vardalos isn’t your typical Hollywood star, and you wouldn’t peg her for a plastic surgery fan either. But it seems that fame has found a way to give Nia a plastic surgery makeover transformation, similar to the one she underwent in her big hit My Big Fat Greek Wedding, going from frumpy to fabulous.
After losing weight, a rumored 40 pounds, it seems that Nia has also had Botox in her forehead region, as well as the 11 space between her brows. While Nia isn’t quite overdone, she doesn’t seem to change her expression on film, but still looks great in photographs of red carpet events.
In addition to Botox or Dysport, Nia may also use lip fillers like Restylane or Perlane as well as injections in her cheeks.
