As if we all hadn’t already noticed the elephant in the room, 42 year old Leakes addresses her nose/boob jobs in a recent article with People Magazine.
NeNe Leakes says she’s not afraid to show off her major changes. She went from a size 10 to a size 8 after dropping 15 pounds with lipo and also decreased her boobage from a double D to single digits through breast augmentation.
There are many, many reasons to love NeNe Leakes, and one of our favorite things about her is her ability to be very open and honest with her fans. We’ve watched NeNe struggle to parent her son, Bryson, and go through a painful divorce, and later this summer we will watch as she and Gregg tie the knot once more.
In addition to being transparent about her family life, NeNe Leakes has also been very open about all of the nips and tucks she’s had over the years. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star underwent a breast lift, rhinoplasty, and liposuction (the aftermath of which was shown on RHoA) and she couldn’t be happier with her decision.
In fact,NeNe Leakes has no qualms about having additional procedures done if need be, stating, “As long as you don’t look plastic, a little nip and tuck is OK!”

'Real Housewife' NeNe Leakes has admitted to People that she got several cosmetic procedures done earlier this year.
NeNe Leakes, 42, went under the knife in April for a nose job, a breast implant reduction and breast lift and lipo around her waist.
