Diaz herself has not commented on the report, but in the past she said she won't rule out plastic surgery. "I'll never say never to anything," she told British Vogue.

‘BAAPS surgeons regularly turn away one in five patients, in many cases for mental health reasons, but the sad reality is that, even when we urge them to seek support from a psychotherapist, they may simply continue to shop around until they find a less-conscientious provider who will treat them.’

The association is developing a standardised questionnaire that would flag up those at risk – a tool that could be adopted by all clinics.

At 33, Ali Larter has made a name for herself, appearing in films and currently starring in the hit television show Heroes. While many actresses have used plastic surgery, including minor nose jobs, to climb their way up the Hollywood ladder of success, Ali appears to have achieved fame with natural good looks, unaided by invasive plastic surgery.

Ali is at an age when many Hollywood actresses have begun to have anti-aging procedures and it appears the blonde Heroes star is no exception, undergoing Botox injections in her forehead and possibly using fillers like Juvederm and Restylane to fill in other fine lines and wrinkles, like nasolabial folds around the mouth.

Nassif, Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at Spalding Drive Cosmetic Surger, says, “Ali Larter is a naturally beautiful woman and does not appear to have had any work done to her face.  There is the possibility of Botox and a few fillers here and there, but overall her look is her own and she has a great set of genetics. “

Use of Botox is likely what keeps Ali’s forehead so smooth and shiny.

On his blog, plastic surgeon Dr Anthony Youn says, “She has thin lips which don’t look unnaturally augmented. Maybe some Botox in her forehead?”

Botox injections seem to be working, as Ali is regularly listed as being one of the hottest women in the world in various men’s magazines, year after year.

Yes, Alfredo Palacios is human and one of Mexico’s leading fashion stylists. Unfortunately, he looks like a plastuc surgery addict.

I think he’s had numerous aggressive plastic surgeries: a few face lifts, an brow lift, hair implants, and a very obvious nose job. Then there is the issue of his lips. Most men do not have full lip and I think he may have lip implants.

Alfredo Palacios is one of Mexico’s leading voices on fashion…and apparently their best Mickey Rourke impersonator. We don’t know much about the man, but we know he visits the plastic surgeon enough that it’s a problem. At first glance, just based off of the smoothness and overdone nature of most of his facial features, we can tell that he’s had at least a face lift, a brow lift, a nose job, and injections of Botox or Restylane all over his face and in his lips.

He also may have had a hair transplant procedure done, as his mop looks a bit fake. All of this work has given him the always scary “puppet face” look, and more specifically has made him look like a puppet version of the guy from The Wrestler. Maybe he can make extra money doing birthday parties or something. Regardless, Alfredo Palacios is yet another case of plastic surgery gone horribly wrong.

Real Housewives Of Orange County’s Alexis Bellino Gets A Nose Job!

Alexis Bellino was the new housewife on the last season of Real Housewives of Orange County. On the series reunion, ardent church-goer Alexis revealed more plans for plastic surgery in the future, including a nose job.

33-year old Alexis Bellino claims that other than her oversized breast implants and some Botox here and there, she is all-natural. But after finding several photos of the mother of three on the Net, before she found “fame,” many bloggers have concluded that she has had more plastic surgery than she is letting on, including a browlift and facial injections of Restylane and Juvederm into her cheeks and chin, as well as her lips.

Dr. Paul S. Nassif, a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and Rhinoplasty Specialist in Beverly Hills, California says, “Alexis Bellino appears to have had filler injected into her lips, facial fillers, Botox, and possibly a browlift. Overall, the work that was performed is obvious, and she may benefit from a more natural appearance.”

Miami plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer says, “It looks like Alexis has refined her nose giving her a more defined look to her face.  It also looks like she used Botox and dermal fillers to give her that overall rejuvenated look to her face.”

The Real Housewives of Orange County star is finally admitting to a nose job – her first facial plastic surgery, or so she claims! Speaking to the Orange County Register, Alexis explains it’s nothing drastic, but people are wondering if something about her face has changed!

“Most people don’t even know I had a nose job,” she said of the new schnoz she purchased in mid-October, “They notice something [new] about me. It’s perked up my face.”

Alexis reveals it was not only vanity that led her to alter the face God gave her; it was a medical procedure! According to Alexis she got the surgery to help with the debilitating sinus infections she has suffered from for years. And while she was at it, she decided to change the way her nose looked. Apparently there was a bump resulting from when she broke her nose at age six.

Alexis’ employer Dr. Michael Niccole, a board certified otolaryngologist and plastic surgeon, who has also done Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Sheree Whitfield’s breast implants and some of Alexis’ other enhancements, performed the surgery. “She asked me if I could make the tip a little more defined and also file down her bump.”

Last week on The Real Housewives of Orange County, Gretchen and Vicki nearly came to blows over Slade’s comedy sketch. Then Alexis checked in to her plastic surgeon’s office for “sinus surgery.” You know how that goes.

First up, Tamra visits her plastic surgeon. She wants to have her implants removed. Totally. As in, no implants at all. Simon, her ex, influenced her against this surgery previously, but now that she’s her own woman, she’s making her own decisions.

“Third set of boobs. Third man. Third time’s a charm.” Nice, Tamra. Plus 5 for using your brain instead of your boobs to get ahead from now on.

Meanwhile, Alexis’ “sinus” surgery is about to begin. Her doctor has taken what may be the least flattering pictures of Alexis in existence and plastered them on the wall. And the camera man was kind enough to show them to us.

Not all plastic surgeries are created equal, some trump others. In my book, the mother of all surgeries would have to be gender re-assignment surgery. This brings us to Alexis Arquette. Besides the desire to have a woman’s body parts, Alexis is best known as the sibling of actors, David and Patricia Arquette. Alexis became a woman pretty much before our eyes, as we saw him as a man in films like Pulp Fiction, then a cross dresser in The Wedding Singer, and finally today we see him on red carpets and reality shows as a full on transgendered woman. More power to him, if you don’t want what god gave you, chop it off and start over. Also in his transformation to from he to she, he got herself some breast augmentation and appears to have had perhaps a brow lift, that’s a lot of work! With all that said and done, Alexis looks the part, and if you don’t agree, she can probably beat the crap out of you.

Alexia Moore Plastic Surgery Before and After Lips and Botox

“Porn star” Alexia Moore aka Cassandra Malandri was arrested in a sweep of a strip club that offered more than nude shows. (Read the whole story at the New York Daily News.)Photographic evidence shows that Alexia was once an innocent looking girl who became emboldened by excessive plastic surgery.

In the first photo, she has very average normal sized lips. After some sort of lip enlargement, she bore a trout pout.

She also had a succession of breast implants unsuited to her small frame. The first set of implant looked liked small baseballs under her skin. The second set were larger in order for them to hang more naturally. The third set was monstrously large and, I suppose, well suited for being a worker at a strip club. Obviously having large breasts that do not look like they could even be remotely natural is okay in that industry.

There are many “rights of passage” in our culture. Whether it be a Jewish boy having his Bar Mitzvah, or a Native American finding his spirit animal, our world is rife with these grand traditions. However, few things can hold a candle to the grand tradition of adult stars getting plastic surgery, and former star turned alleged prostitute Alexia Moore has been happy to continue this long standing ritual. Beginning her career as a rather average looking girl with thin lips, Alexia underwent countless Botox treatments and a possible lip implant in order to gain the “trout pout” look that seems all the rage these days. She also had multiple breast augmentations, taking her from a tiny A-cup, to a very unnatural looking C-cup, to an abnormally huge DD-cup. I guess her surgery was successful, since she achieved the prostitute-ish look she appeared to be going for. Good work Alexia…I guess.
