The stars of the program The Real Housewives of Orange County are some of the biggest clients for plastic surgeons in Southern California. One of the former stars of the show, Gretchen Rossi, is no exception. It looks like her face has been changed with a cosmetic surgery procedure. In fact, she looks so different than her ‘before’ pictures, that she is nearly unrecognizable with her new face and look!
Even though the changes to her face and body were glaringly obvious, Gretchen still denied all the rumors about her plastic surgery. According to Gretchen, she has only ever used regular Botox injections. Some of the other changes that are apparent are that she has changed her upper lip with lip filler injections, eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty, cosmetic dentistry, and breast augmentation.
Gretchen Rossi has before denied having plastic surgery (though she is open about getting regular Botox injections to stave off wrinkles,) but some new photos have surfaced of Gretchen in high school (when she was Gretchen Forward), and it just doesn’t look like the same face.
First of all her nose is bit thinner now, not a huge difference. This could be attributed to growing into her face. Next, it looks like she might have had some sort of eye surgery done to correct a droopy eyelid on her left side.
Rossi’s top lip looks a little more full now, which could be from a small amount of lip injections. Her teeth are also much whiter now, and seem to be differently shaped, which suggests dental veneers or caps. Gretchen hasn’t outward denied having caps or veneers, just refuted having “fake teeth.” “These are my teeth,” she told Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live March 2011. She also denied having breast implants, calling her push-up bra a $50-dollar boobs job.
If you look at her eyes in the before photo, her left eye is a bit droopy. Now, her eyes are even. This has likely been fixed with eyelid surgery.
Next, her nose has been narrowed. While she hasn’t dramatically altered the shape of her nose, it has definitely been refined. It might be in her best interest to go back under the knife and change her nose to match her current face.
Sometimes, a series of small changes with plastic surgery can give a person a dramatic new look. Some other changes which have been made to Gretchen are cosmetic dentistry, and breast implants. Her teeth look renewed, and her bust has clearly increased in size and improved in shape.
It seems a bold move to still deny having plastic surgery with so much photo evidence out these showing that yes, she did have a cosmetic procedure done.

Her new breast now looks bigger and rounder therefore some people predict that Gretchen Rossi did not only apply plastic surgery procedures on her face, but she apparently has got breast implants as well so that her new cup size can be in such way.
Until now, she never says and tells to all people that she had been under knife to improve her image. Nevertheless some people can know about the secret of her beauty because before and after photos cannot hide anything changed. From her face till her body are different when she was adult and when she is mature. That will be possible if she really applies some cosmetic procedures to make her appearance more beautiful and better than before.
