Now we’re getting to the heart of the matter, in my opinion. If by “heart” you mean “cash register”. According to Radar, part of Mel Gibson and Oksana’s ongoing custody dispute – the same custody dispute that started The Epic Revelations Of Mel’s Hateful And Violent Insanity – is about money, of course. Radar’s sources claim that Mel “made” Oksana sign a contract that basically said that she had no claims whatsoever to Mel’s extensive fortune. Radar describes Mel’s money as a “billion-dollar fortune” but my guess is that post-divorce (from ex Robyn), Mel’s fortune is in the “hundreds of millions of dollars” range rather than “billion”. Anyway, Mel somehow forced Oksana to sign this contract when she was pregnant with Lucia, and now Oksana is fighting the legitimacy of said contract:

Russian beauty Oksana Grigorieva will probably have to find another way to pay for plastic surgery now that Mel hates her guts (literally!).
Gibby is worth almost a $billion, so Oksana’s lip injections, Botox, laser skin resurfacing, and breast implants probably didn’t break his bank… although it did make him want to break her teeth!
Oksana Grigorieva, who has been the object of sympathy over Gibson's verbal and physical abuse of her, is speculated to have had lip injections, facial fillers like Restylane and Juvederm, cheek implants, breast implants, dental veneers and a nose job.
Oksana's lips seem noticeably fuller and plumped, an indication of lip injections. On the other hand, she could also just be gifted to have naturally juicy lips.
Oksana, 43, has a wrinkle-free face, a possible sign of facial fillers like Restylane and Juvederm. We don't disagree though that she takes excellent care of her skin.
The question is: "What plastic surgeon experts have to say about Oksana Grigorieva's plastic surgery?"
Celebrity plastic surgeon and blogger Dr. Tony Youn was quoted as saying: "I bet she's had cheek implants, a rhinoplasty, and lip enhancement - likely with a semi-permanent implant like Alloderm. Overall I think she looks pretty, but a bit plasticized. Each of the procedures appears to have been a tad overdone (nose is a bit too thin, cheeks a bit too plump, and lips a little puffy). Lastly, I guess we shouldn't forget those veneers that Mel allegedly punched out. What a jerk!"
Plastic surgeon and blogger Dr. John Di Saia stated that Grigorieva's breast surgeon was talented.
"Judging from Gibson's recorded comments, Oksana probably had a pretty good breast implant operation as Mel might have not been able to tell originally," Di Saia said.
In her earlier appearances, New York plastic surgeon Dr. David Shafer explained: "It is hard to tell if Oksana has had much plastic surgery since there are not many pictures over time of her. However, at first glance, her nose looks like it has had some work."
Plastic surgeon Dr. Sherrell J. Aston of New York noted: "Mel Gibson was recently seen at a film premier with his new girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva, a beautiful Russian musician. I sense that she has had plastic surgery to enhance her looks. Her nose is well defined and her profile displays a slight upturn. She might have had a chin implant to balance out the proportions of her face as well. I think her lips look very unnatural and she might have had a permanent implant placed or excessive fillers."
