The 'Heart Attack' hitmaker admitted she isn't particularly happy with the size of her cleavage and should get breast implants.

Asked to name a celebrity who she thinks needs plastic surgery, the 21-year-old star told Y100 radio station before the Jingle Ball in Miami, Florida on Friday (20.12.13): "It should be me! I should get a boob job. They're like mosquito bites."

Demi Lovato, who will not be returning to the judging panel of 'The X Factor' USA next year after two seasons on the show, previously revealed she wants to be healthier in 2014 after learning to love herself for who she really is.

She said: "It is so important to me [to take time off]. I think we might do a few things here and there that I've committed to already or that I'm passionate about. When I work so much, I don't get a lot of sleep and I think I really want to get really fit and in shape and just get really healthy.

"I want to be rested mentally and spiritually - I think it's a month to re-charge and I would love to have more than that but I've decided to go on tour as well."

To be more specific, Lovato is rumored to have had a nose job and breast implants.

Judging by the before and after pictures that circulate widely on the web, we can notice that Lovato has changed a bit through the years.

Pictures can be deceiving as they show a difference in her bra size, but maybe the enlargement is a result of a push up bra. Also, Demi usually wears black dresses. So, it is difficult to tell for sure. There is also a rumor that Demi celebrated her 19th birthday by getting breast implants.

Conclusion: Demi Lovato definitely had a good plastic surgery as it looks very natural and still like her former self.

You can see that her appearance is more elegant and hot now. Her nose has obviously changed, it looks like it’s been nicely reshaped with a rhinoplasty. Previously, she had a bulbous and wide nose, and now the bridge is narrower with a smaller tip. She looks prettier with the new elegant nose.

"There were places I went to that were really scary and I ran out" Debbie revealed.

Debbie insists that even if she weren’t famous, she would have had plastic surgery and loves her results.

"I think I’d been very depressed about myself, I might not have done it. But it gave me a certain encouragement and satisfaction," Debbie stated.

"Women just have a more rigorous time physically than men. It’s a challenge," Debbie explained.

Hasselhoff has not aged considerably over the years, leading many celebrity watchers and fans to believe that he has succumbed to multiple plastic surgery operations.

It has to be noted that Hasselhoff has admitted to using botox in an interview to People Magazine, but has denied a facelift, in spite of the suspicions of plastic surgeons. "I have had Botox, everyone has. It's a shot. It takes out the frown. I haven't had that in a year. I take pride in that. I look great. I am going to keep this natural until I have to. I like Clint Eastwood, he waited until he was 75. He looks damn good," Hasselhoff was quoted as saying.

"Maybe a little Botox here and there, but absolutely no facelift, he hasn't had one! No work at all," a representative for Hasselhoff stated.

Plastic surgeon Dr. Nassif revealed: "David Hasselhoff appears to have had botox and facial fillers. There is also a chance he had a facelift performed at some point. Overall, any work performed was conservative, and he does not appear overdone."

Plastic surgeon Dr. Salzhauer noted: "David Hasselhoff appears to have had botox and dermal fillers."

It has to be noted that in 2008 Hasselhoff was hospitalized to have something removed from above his eye. Because his spokesperson denied to give further information on what was being removed, many tabloids went wild suggesting that the former "Baywatch" star may have had a blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) to give his eyes a rejuvenated look.

As plastic surgeon experts claim, an eyelid surgery removes saggy skin and excess fat from both the upper and lower eyelids, using incisions hidden in the natural creases of the eye. Often aging causes the saggy baggy appearance we often notice at middle age. Eyelid surgery requires a brief healing period, usually less than 10 days.

David Hasselhoff went in for surgery only over a week ago and has recently been pictured in glasses and showing off bruises and possible stitches around his eye, which would corroborate the story of him undergoing surgery. David Hasselhoff went in for surgery only over a week ago and has recently been photographed in glasses and sporting bruises and possible stitches around his eye, which would corroborate the story of him undergoing a recent surgery.

On the other hand, it is possible that Hasselhoff’s eye surgery was not cosmetic. The aging beach bum does not appear to have any sagging or loose skin around the eyes, even though he is a known alcoholic and alcohol causes a puffy appearance around the eyes. Hasselfhoff has deep wrinkles, probably from spending too much time in the California sun. Also, the stitches and bruising is only around one eye and it would be unusual to have cosmetic eye surgery on one eye at a time.

More and more men are admitting to Botox, such as the Hoff and Patrick Dempsey. I even perform it regularly on my father-in-law. Somehow, however, I doubt that Clint Eastwood is getting Botox. I haven’t taken a good look at him, but I don’t see him doing it. The Hoff doesn’t surprise me though.

It’s clear that David Gest had very extensive plastic surgery done on his face. He has been left with a strange result that is nowhere near natural! For a while there he looked pretty aged and tired. After a facelift, his face was left looking far too tight to be natural. The bags under his eyes, and the loose skin around his mouth have disappeared entirely, which points to a facelift and possibly even eyelid surgery. The problem is that after taking away the natural look of his face, he has been left looking strained and with limited motion in his face.

In addition to the facelift, he also got Botox injections, which have made the skin look strained and bloated. Areas like his forehead and cheeks are far too smooth. The waxy, shiny look he’s been left with screams of bad plastic surgery!

Finally, David Gest has also clearly had a rhinoplasty procedure done. His nose which was once thick and bulbous at the tip, has now become too thin and narrow. “It was my idea to put in a clef chin and cheek bones – not Michael’s. Sometimes when you are young you are foolish and you get carried away. I remember I was looking in the mirror in an office building when I was with Band of Gold singer Freda Payne. I was mortified and almost fainted. I had the cheekbones removed a week later. I’ve come to realize that it’s not what’s on the outside, but it’s what’s on the inside that counts.”

Board certified Manhattan plastic surgeon Dr. David Shafer says, “It is definitely not the most flattering photo of David Gest.  His eyebrows appear unnaturally peaked, hairline looks unnatural and midface unbalanced.”

Sometimes it takes celebs a shockingly long time to figure out relatively obvious stuff. Okay to be fair, sometimes it takes me a really long time too. But I don’t splash my face all over the tabloids (much as I try, they keep ignoring me), so I can at least keep my stupidity to myself. Mostly. Although it took him a hell of a long time to get to the realization, David Gest, perpetually surprised ex-husband of Liza Minnelli, admits he regrets his decision to go under the knife. Though I’m guessing it’s more like knives.

"I’ve never thought of myself as handsome,’ he says. ‘I can’t bear to look in the mirror. I was an idiot to have plastic surgery – there was nothing wrong with my nose. But nobody could have stopped me at the time. I was a foolish kid."

David, now 55, says appearing on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! in 2006 helped him accept his appearance.

"It is the best thing I ever did,’ he says. ‘I finally realised that people liked me. I guess people saw the real me and realised I wasn’t just a freak in sunglasses. I get mobbed in the street by fans now. It’s crazy, but I love it."

I think this lead singer of Whitesnake rock band David Coverdale never learn from his friend another rocker star that seems botched their face with the plastic surgery. It seems like a viral with a lot of rocker star name despite David Coverdale that was allegedly with plastic surgery rumor. We can call them like Axl Rose (Gun n Roses), Steven Tayler(Aerosmith), Michael Phillip Jagger (the Rolling Stone) and many more that were accused changing a lot with any help of plastic surgeon.

Well, many fans believed that he has committed to have plastic surgery on his face. Finally, David Coverdale is following the other rock stars to get plastic surgery in his face. I wonder if it was Dick Clark who sold it to him prior to his stroke last year? Maybe this solves the dilemma of how Keith Richards can still be alive and playing guitar…

David Copperfield discusses hospitalization, brush with death and more

For the first time, magician David Copperfield has admitted that he thought he would die while attempting his death-defying stunt over Niagara Falls. “We would have a raft and use steel ramps to take me into the water. We were there for a week before just to build it.

“The effects people not for the magic -- lowered their steel ramp into the water and within 60 seconds it became spaghetti. You don’t realize the power until you see the terra firma of steel and crossbeams turn to pasta,” said the MGM headliner.

“I remember going to my hotel room every night and dreaming how I was going to die. It was really, really horrible. It wasn’t like, ‘what did I get myself into?’ after the fact; this was before, and it was really bad.

“Then at the end, I would be on a rope dangling from a helicopter. We had a stuntman there ready to rehearse for me, and it was so dangerous, he even refused to do it. “

The amazing escape was the finale of his 13th TV special in 1990. David’s rare and remarkably candid interview in which he also confesses that he’s still trying to get magic exactly right appears in the October issue of Magic Magazine published here in Las Vegas by my pal Stan Allen.

I’ve interviewed David several times over the years -- including going on an exclusive tour of his magic warehouse but he’s never gone into such detail about his career, its dangers and disappointments and his extraordinary achievements.

Stan Allen: How did you discover magic?

At one point, I went looking for a better puppet. I went to Macy’s -- Macy’s magic counter. There was a demonstrator there who made a masterpiece out of the effect where the coin vanishes on a little wooden board, as well as other classics, like Cups & Balls and the Professor’s Nightmare. He made his living pitching magic, and he was really skilled.

It’s a parallel of my life. You learn from doing lots of shows. That’s probably where I got the idea. I bought that little board at Macy’s, probably the first trick I bought. I remember looking through the New York phone book for a magic store, and I found Louis Tannen Magic. I went there, the elevator door opened, and I knew my life was changing. Everyone knows that feeling, like you’ve walked into heaven. Man, you walked in, and you just went, “This is it!”

It’s starting to look like there was some kind of “must already have had, or promise to get plastic surgery” contract that the stars of classic bikini-fest Baywaytch had to sign, because even those that didn’t need it have started to get it. Known for his natural good looks and slightly above par for Baywatch acting ability, David Charvet, who played  Matt on the show, would seem to not need any work done, especially anything major. However, the star, who also had a role on Melrose Place, looks like he went and got a nose job (rhinoplasty), making his nose smaller all around.

You should have kept the old nose Dave.
