Comparing old and recent pictures of her, we think that she is being honest with the media, she looks natural step by step.  On her face she shows the natural expression lines and wrinkles expected to a young woman like her.

After breastfeeding her breasts look the same size than before and she has said that she wouldn’t go for a breast lift, at least at that moment she was not thinking about it:“My breasts look alright, maybe not as tip-top as they were but I wouldn’t have surgery. I would feel bad about going under anesthetic. I have a child. What if I died?”

Even on her tummy you may see some sagging skin, that’s perfectly natural for a woman who has been pregnant, she is perfectly fit, but the skin that was too stretch during pregnancy can’t go back to how it used to be with exercise, a way to make it would be with a tummy tuck (in her case a very minimal one probably only around the navel).  The first picture that we show is exactly how we found it, on that one, you can’t see that extra skin, but in all the others it shows, probably that picture was modified from the original at some point.

When she was in her heyday as a Spice Girl, Geri had about a B-cup size bust, often enhanced with padded and pushup bras. These days her breasts are at least a large D-cup, which shows that she has undergone breast augmentation surgery. It may be that as she got older, she decided that getting breast implants would help her breasts stay large and perky for longer. In fact, rumor has it that most of the girls from the group either have, or have had, breast implants at some tiem or another.

Now in her thirties, Geri has been working hard since giving birth to get her pre-mommy figure back. She has often been spotted engaging in fitness, using diet and exercise to accomplish this. A pregnancy can wreak havoc on a woman’s body, especially the breasts, which may explain why she decided to go under the knife. In addition to her breast enlargement, it may also be the case that she’s using Botox injections and laser skin treatments to turn back the clock, despite the long hours she was keeping as a new mom.

There was also a rumor that Geri had actually a breast augmentation after her pregnancy, because she was trying through rigorous exercise to get her pre-baby figure back.

Halliwell angrily denied her new fuller breasts is the result of a plastic surgery procedure, claiming that her body is completely natural. "I would never say never to having plastic surgery but at the moment, I don't like the idea of it. Geri's spokesman confirmed that she didn't have any kind of plastic surgery. "Ms Halliwell has categorically not undergone any cosmetic surgery on her breasts whatsoever."

I have decided to calm these worries in my usual direct and clear style of communication... I have in fact suffered from hepatitis by poisoning, which certainly is not a rare illness. Nevertheless it is one which requires some time for a complete recovery."

"My commitment both on the creative and management side has never relented. Consequently there has been no shift in delegation of my authorities to any one of the executives and everything in the company is proceeding with the usual energy."

It's technically not plastic surgery since no nips and tucks are required, but guys who get the treatment have to be okay with lasers taking aim at their "tackle." The lasers are used to "remove hair, erase wrinkles and correct discoloration on the scrotum." It might be a bit painful, but at least there's actually no "ball ironing" going on -- a guy would just end up with burnt bits and scar tissue if he tried to iron his testicle wrinkles out.

According to Gossip Cop, George Clooney probably helped to popularize the term for the treatment when he made a plastic surgery joke during an interview with Max magazine.

Garry looked like want to fix his neck as same as his face. In fact, the doctor failed to make it better, even worse. You can see now, his face is apparently smooth and nice, on the other hand his neck is wrinkled. Now, let’s stop judging and blaming his new look. The other reason his neck appears to be a different age from his face is that his face has gone through plastic surgery, but the doctor failed to make his neck match. As a result, his face appears smooth, while his neck remains wrinkled.

Plastic surgeon Dr. Richard Ellenbogen says, “Gary Shandling looks bloated. His neck is so fat, either his plastic surgeon didn’t know how to do necks, or he simply went to some injectables-crazy dermatologist who never looked below his jawline. Plastic surgery is a balance of all parts of the face. If they all fit, nobody knows. Gary Shandling doesn’t match.”

It seems likely that Gary has used injectables in his face, likely both Botox and fillers such as Juvederm or Restylane.

Dr. Paul S. Nassif, a facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon and a rhinoplasty specialist in Beverly Hills, California says, “Gary Shandling may have had some Botox in his face and forehead, as lines that were once present are no longer there. Other than that, I do not believe he had anything else performed.”

Plastic Surgeon Dr. Paul Nassif warned Garry Shandling not to overdo filler or his cheek will swell instead of puffed.
