Bristol Palin used to have a round face. We don't mean that as a criticism, it's just true. Now it looks not only slimmer, but differently-shaped. Just ... off.

Her jawline and cheekbones appear more defined, with the possibility that her chin has been worked on as well. We didn't even recognize the girl at first.

Sometimes people have to have corrective surgery to make them healthier. And sometimes people use needing corrective surgery to justify getting plastic surgery, a la getting a nose job and having your deviated septum fixed in the same procedure. Now, we’re not saying that’s what Bristol Palin did, but she has admitted that her brand new face came from a surgical procedure.

Bristol Palin told Us Weekly that she had corrective jaw surgery in December, to which we can attribute the longer, thinner face she unveiled at the White House Correspondent’s Dinner. Palin’s dentist told her she needed the surgery so that her teeth would align properly. Because somehow, braces and other corrective devices developed by Western science simply could not curtail what must have been a monster overbite.

“Yes, it improved the way I look, but this surgery was necessary for medical reasons,” she told the magazine for its May 23 issue, which will be on newsstands Friday.

Bristol Palin also told the magazine she wouldn’t get elective surgery unless she “got in an accident or something terrible and got disfigured.”

Again, we’re not saying she’s lying, but it wouldn’t be the first time someone used the need for corrective surgery to cover up changing the way their face looked — it’s the main plot line for an episode of Glee. Take a look at some before and after pictures of Bristol below.

All in all, the only plastic surgery she has had is good skin care, botox injections to her forehead, glabella, and around the eyes, and maybe some dermal fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, etc.).

Now let’s look at her today.  Her story is that she had corrective jaw surgery.  No question she did have an intervention to her jawline, but it doesn’t stop there. Again, her hair and makeup are nothing short of stunning.

Her eyebrows are now in ABSOLULTELY PERFECT POSITION AND THEIR SHAPE HAS CHANGED.  As well, her upper eyelid cleft has opened up at least 2-3 millimeters.  No jaw surgery can create that.  My guess, she had a mini-browlift through an upper eyelid approach.  Whoever did it should be very proud.  Fantastic work!!  It is natural, unassuming, and it does not change the appearance of her face.  It only improves it.  No question, she looks younger and more vital now than she did before.  I do quite a few minibrow lifts.  It is an excellent procedure with tremendous dividends, especially in women.  She got a great mini-browlift.

Let’s look at her midface.  Notice how her face has less horizontal length.  All of that “baby fat” look is gone!!  This is not accomplished by any form of jaw surgery.  Again, it is very probable that she underwent a mini-facelift (aka S-lift).  This removes all of the excess skin and fat from the cheeks, and can tighten the neck skin effectively.  Also, notice that those lines which showed through her makeup before on her neck are GONE!!  No doubt about it, she had something done to the excess lateral skin of her face, and her excess neck skin.

The question is: "Why did a 44 year old celebrity age so prematurely in the first place?" The answer is quite obvious: a possible combination of the California sun, smoking, drinking, and possibly an unhealthy lifestyle.

It has to be noted that the plastic surgeon who treated Brigitte Nielsen is German plastic surgeon Gerhard Sattler.

Many people think that former Poison’s front-man got some work done because he may look very different to how they remember him, and comparing his pictures we can see a difference, but there is much more of the reconstructive part of plastic surgery than the cosmetic part.

Bret Michaels have had an on again off again relationship for 16 years. But after two kids, they were finally going to tie the knot. Now it seems that the engagement has been called off, but not before the two had plastic surgery.

And it is due to a car accident Bret Michaels had in 1994, he was seriously injured, including fractures on her face, after which he got his nose and jawline done to reduce the fractures.  Many people speculates that he has some huge scar on his forehead and that’s why he almost always appears publicly with his bandanna, but we found some pictures without it and we couldn’t see any scar, it could be cover with make up or he just doesn’t have any, anyhow he was using those bandanas for a long time before the accident.  The other reason they say he uses it is because he wears a wig.

When you have a bandana permanently attached to your head and you also have your own reality dating show where you’re the prize, plastic surgery probably isn’t something you’re worried will make you look stupid. So is that what Bret Michaels did? Rumors abound that the Poison front man and reality star had surgery to make his stomach look more defined (either liposuction, or abdominal etching, where the muscles are sculpted to look more defined than they are. The next question is has Brett Michaels had plastic surgery on his face? The short answer is yes. He’s either had a facelift, or possible fat injections at various spots (brow, cheeks etc.), and to be honest, this rumor seems true, as Bret looks very different, and sort of swollen when compared to his younger days. Brett was also in a pretty bad car accident many years ago so that also could have been when he had his first cosmetic procedures.  However, his stomach seems to be natural. It looks more like he takes care of himself and eats healthy (being a diabetic, he has to), than that he had any surgery. So as with many stars, Bret Michaels probably had plastic surgery, just not as much as you’d think.

We see that his lips look thinner than before, but we don’t think he did anything in purpose for them to change, it can be a normal aging process in some people and it could be affected by his accident and the plastic surgery that he got after it.  That’s what we see for the moment on him, maybe he will start getting botox injections as many celebrities do and who knows even a face lift.

Bret famously revealed his hair extensions under his signature bandana and he is also suspected of having had Botox injections and liposuction as well.
For her part, Kristi looks like she would have easily fit in with the girls on The Rock of Love Bus, with her obviously oversized breast implants and she likely also overdoes Botox, given her super smooth and shiny complexion and possible Juvederm injections in the lips.
