While there is no hard evidence pointing Brooke to celeb plastic surgery, when asked, most surgeons say that she most likely has had it.
She has had four children and has “the perfect body”, a rare occurrence. She was once married to plastic surgeon, Garth Fisher (who is famous for performing Kris Jenner’s facelift prior to Kim Kardashian’s wedding to Rob Delaney), so that would be even more of a reason to have a procedure done.

“Brooke Burke has a great figure after having children, and likely has undergone breast augmentation in the past. Regimented exercise and diet are also in the mix to keep up such a look. In an interview before her show "Britt on Britt" during the Edinburgh Festival in 2008 in Scotland, Ekland stated she's not worried about no longer being labeled a "sex kitten": "I guess you could say that I was a sex kitten until I was 54. I'm a bit long in the tooth to be a sex symbol. I have three beautiful children; two sons and Victoria, my daughter I had with Peter. My eldest son, Nikolai, is getting married to a lovely girl later this year and I can't wait to become a grandmother. Since losing custody of her children, Spears has reportedly gotten lip injections. Spears in fact was spotted leaving a plastic surgery medical building in Beverly Hills covering her lips.

Photos of Spears revealed that her her upper lip is unnaturally large and pointing upwards and her lower lips which are normally more subdued have gained volume and definition. Dr. John Di Saia has stated "Britney Spears seems to have fresh, but well done lip filler here. It always appears a bit funny right after it is done. This is probably just a few days old."

Spears' dramatically thin legs have caused rumors that she has had liposuction. Pictures of her in November 2007 compared to her pictures in August 2007, reveal that her thighs seem to have lost an inch off their circumference and her calves look slimmer but the top portion of her body looks the same.

The only way that Ms. Spears would have been able to achieve this look would be with the help of a surgeon. My estimation is that she had her breast implants removed and I think she looks great with this more natural size."

Sometimes people have to have corrective surgery to make them healthier. Now, we’re not saying that’s what Bristol Palin did, but she has admitted that her brand new face came from a surgical procedure.

Bristol Palin told Us Weekly that she had corrective jaw surgery in December, to which we can attribute the longer, thinner face she unveiled at the White House Correspondent’s Dinner. Palin’s dentist told her she needed the surgery so that her teeth would align properly. Because somehow, braces and other corrective devices developed by Western science simply could not curtail what must have been a monster overbite.

“Yes, it improved the way I look, but this surgery was necessary for medical reasons,” she told the magazine for its May 23 issue, which will be on newsstands Friday.

Bristol Palin also told the magazine she wouldn’t get elective surgery unless she “got in an accident or something terrible and got disfigured.”

Again, we’re not saying she’s lying, but it wouldn’t be the first time someone used the need for corrective surgery to cover up changing the way their face looked — it’s the main plot line for an episode of Glee. Take a look at some before and after pictures of Bristol below.

All in all, the only plastic surgery she has had is good skin care, botox injections to her forehead, glabella, and around the eyes, and maybe some dermal fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, etc.).

Now let’s look at her today.  Her story is that she had corrective jaw surgery.  No question she did have an intervention to her jawline, but it doesn’t stop there. Again, her hair and makeup are nothing short of stunning.

Her eyebrows are now in ABSOLULTELY PERFECT POSITION AND THEIR SHAPE HAS CHANGED.  As well, her upper eyelid cleft has opened up at least 2-3 millimeters.  No jaw surgery can create that.  My guess, she had a mini-browlift through an upper eyelid approach.  Whoever did it should be very proud.  Fantastic work!!  It is natural, unassuming, and it does not change the appearance of her face.  It only improves it.  No question, she looks younger and more vital now than she did before.  I do quite a few minibrow lifts.  It is an excellent procedure with tremendous dividends, especially in women.  She got a great mini-browlift.

Let’s look at her midface.  Notice how her face has less horizontal length.  All of that “baby fat” look is gone!!  This is not accomplished by any form of jaw surgery.  Again, it is very probable that she underwent a mini-facelift (aka S-lift).  This removes all of the excess skin and fat from the cheeks, and can tighten the neck skin effectively.  Also, notice that those lines which showed through her makeup before on her neck are GONE!!  No doubt about it, she had something done to the excess lateral skin of her face, and her excess neck skin.

Brendan Fraser has long been a sex symbol and his lush, full head of hair has been the focus of many of his roles, from Encino Man to the Mummy series. This Friday marks Brendan’s return to the big screen in the family-friendly remake of Journey to the Center of the Earth and provides a look at his latest hair treatment.

This technique was followed by hair “macro” grafts. This procedure is probably where the term “hair plugs” originated from. Plastic surgeons would transplant hairs from one part of the scalp to another, in groups of maybe 5-10 hairs at a time. The newest techniques involve “micro” grafts, where hairs are transplanted one or two hairs at a time. To my knowledge this leaves the most realistic result.

I can’t stand doing hair transplantation though, as it is one of the most tedious of all plastic surgeries. We basically cut out a strip of hair from the back of the head and cut out each hair follicle one by one. These hair follicles are placed into small needle holes made in the bald areas. It takes a couple hours, as each hair is placed one at a time. I’ve heated each time I’ve done it. I found that whenever I put one hair in, two others would pop back out and fall on the floor. What a pain!

When Brendan Fraser was photographed without any false hair a few years back, his severely thinning hair was very much in evidence. Hair restoration expert, Dr. Alan Bauman says, “Obviously with a significant amount of hereditary hair loss going on, he hasn’t been taking his “Vitamin P” (Propecia or Finasteride 1mg), or didn’t start soon enough. (Those ‘in the know’ understand the benefits of early medical therapy with finasteride, which helps 90% of men keep their hair looking the same or better for years.)”

In addition to not warding off his hair loss,Brendan Fraser has actually made his hair loss worse by wearing hairpieces for his film roles as well as public appearances. Dr. Bauman says, “Hair loss in the frontal hairline can be caused by the progression of hereditary hair loss, and accelerated by the chronic use of tape or glue used to attach the front of hairpieces onto that area, which we know Fraser has used for years both on screen and off.”

Dr. Brendan Fraser also notes that, “Coming up on his 40th birthday, he’s reached the average age for hair restoration surgery (39.5) according to the ISHRS (International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery).”

We sympathizes with Brendan’s hair loss trauma, but tends to agree with Dr. Bauman’s comparison of Brendan’s former hairpiece with the one Tom Hanks sported in The Da Vinci Code (See Make Me Heal’s story on Tom Hanks’ hair transplant).

At a recent premiere of his film, Brendan Fraser appeared without a hairpiece and with rather obvious plugs instead, which showed an awful lot of forehead. This could be the result of an old transplant done by a plastic surgeon that does not specialize in hair transplants.

Dr. Brendan Fraser explains, “Often, actors will use a combination of non-medical techniques to achieve a youthful hairline and adequate scalp coverage under the ‘bright lights.’ Many times, this means front-heavy toupees (like in the case of John Travolta) which simply do not look natural. Unfortunately, too few are under the care of physicians who have specialty training in the field of hair loss and hair restoration—which would enable them to more effectively hang on to their own living and growing hair, and help restore it undetectably with modern methods of transplantation, if need be. Hairpiece ‘transitions’ are never straightforward, presenting many technical and psychological obstacles. Having helped my own father, who had extensive hair loss, transition out of his hairpiece years ago using hair transplantation (three sessions, to be exact) taught me a great deal about the process.”

Although Brendan’s hair is not looking well right now, Dr. Bauman says that it is not too late to correct the situation. A new transplant could result in a more natural appearance.

Dr. Bauman advises, “However, it is not beyond help. A new transplant would ‘touch-up’ the density by adding new follicles into the thinning area, and also the addition of more acutely angulated follicular-unit grafts would help hide the ‘grafty’ appearance of the previously transplanted groupings of hairs, which are easily seen from the side. In stark contrast, today’s microsurgical ‘follicular unit’ transplants are NOT performed using rows of grafts. Modern methods allow the transplanted hairs to be artistically angulated and placed one-by-one into a completely natural direction delivering both naturalness and coverage.

But mostly, in Fraser, it is the shape of the temporal part of the hairline which tends to ‘draw the eye’ and look unnatural from afar. Hair transplantation performed today would utilize the ‘follicluar-unit micrografting’ method, which duplicates how hair follicles naturally grow in the scalp (mostly 1, 2 or 3 hair groups) and a hairline shape could be designed to more closely mimic one that mother nature would normally create herself.”
